In-HouseAgreements.org is a project of the National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA).
It’s a tool created for workers and employers to be able easily set up a contract. With built in step-by-step guidance, workers and employers provide the information for their situation. Families and caregivers can review terms and language without spending hours laboring over the set-up.
NDWA created this tool after it’s affiliates campaigned and won a Domestic Worker Bill of Rights in the state of Massachusetts, including a provision requiring contracts.
It is an easy-to-use website that helps you create your own nanny contract and learn about the new MA regulations.
