Togo is among the Francophone country in Africa which shows a lot of achievement in organizational development in 2020.
Up to 2019 the members were 1522, but this year though the support of IDWF, they manage to recruit 228 members. Hence the financial capacity has increased.
The union is using different means in recruiting members, like door to door recruitment, finding a centre under the tree, where the workers gathered for recruitment and one to one recruitment. Other means are through the meeting and workshops.
