IDWF is looking for a Project Officer (Full Time).
Roles and responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate the work plans and budgets from affiliates for proposal preparation
- Prepare the project agreement and reporting template according to the principles and rules in IDWF and the nature and scope of the specific project
- Provide technical assistance for affiliates to implement the project and report on a timely manner
- Collect and analyze the data from affiliates related to project reporting
- Liaise with funders/donors on matters relate to projects planning, implementation and reporting.
Skills and qualifications
- Commitment to workers’ rights and gender equality
- Knowledge of practical skills on project management including financial management and reporting on a timely manner
- At least 3 years relevant working experience, in working directly with NGOs, trade unions at the regional or international level
- Good command of oral and written English, command of French or Spanish will be an advantage
- Good communication skills, able to work with people of diverse national and cultural backgrounds
- Is a team player
Working hours
- 5 days per week (40 hours)
