We are looking for a Regional Coordinator for the MENA region responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of programs of activities with domestic workers organizations; to build leadership and organizational capacities  as representative and democratic organizations to promote workers rights and gender equality among domestic workers.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong commitment to the protection and defense of human rights of domestic workers and other women workers;

2. At least 2 years of experiences on programming and its implementation with grassroot workers;

3. Proven coordination experience and skills in non-profit organization

4. Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in English and Arabic

5. Ready to travel in the region and internationally and work with people of diverse culture and backgrounds
