Domestic workers were able to express themselves before the MPs (20 of them) why they wanted ILO C 189 to be ratifies and gave testimonies of what they are facing and even pointed out the activities they have participated nationally and internationally. They brought with then the leaflet almost 100 copies and IDWF leaflet, ILO C189 booklet (Swahili and English Translation) which was distributed to all and sent to other MPs. The MPs were very concerned and showed commitment to bring the discussion in the next session.
