We look forward to a great new year and let us remain as united and committed to serve those that elected us. We may get a little bit tired along the way but as long as we carry each other we will win many more.

GLOBAL -

A few days more and we will enter a new year.

So much has been accomplished we have managed to have 6 more affiliates.

We have reached many goals.
We have won many victories.
We used our voices to speak about the injustice done to domestic workers.
We won decent and minimum wages in countries.
We are slowly but surely entering those countries that are still keeping our workers in chains, denying them freedom of expression, withholding their passports and letting them work day and night.

All this and so much more was because of the commitment and hardworking staff, our coordinators, our General Secretary, our great and committed EXCO, our support groups and stake holders, and our loyal funders, that made it possible for us to remain the powerful. Voice of the domestic workers provide a service to the oppressed and vulnerable workers.

We look forward to a great new year and let us remain as united and committed to serve those that elected us.

We may get a little bit tired along the way but as long as we carry each other we will win many more.

As the President I remain your humble servant together with my vice President and our strong and United Executive.

Enjoy the rest of your holidays.

Myrtle Witbooi, IDWF President
