The following video clips on domestic workers in Asia, produced by the ILO, feature an overview and some important issues of domestic workers in Asia. 


1.  Domestic Worker Realities in Asia

It concerns in their working condition and examines the legislative situation in several countries in Asia and the views of employers.


2.  Working Hours and Wages for Domestic Workers in Asia

It examines the issues of working hours and minimum wage of domestic workers.


3.  Skills Training and Certification for Asian Domestic Workers

It shows the skills training and child care certification programmes in Hong Kong and India.

These clips are shown during "ILO Asian Knowledge Forum: Realizing Decent Work for Domestic Workers" organized by the ILO on 24-26 April 2013 in Bangkok, Thailand. The forum was attended by representatives from governments, employers and workers.
