Currently, it covers 6 areas of Gurgaon where there is high concentration of domestic workers Sikanderpur, Nathupur, Chakkerpur, Carterpuri village,  Rajeev Nagar and South City 1.

Presently, the area committee and the General Committee for Gurgaon epitomizes its leadership and representation in different forums for domestic workers.  The organization joined National Platform for Domestic Workers in 2013 and in June 2014 it became a coalition partner of Domestic Workers Coalition Delhi/NCR demanding a national legislation for Domestic workers.
