Kenya: The Africa Regional Workshop for domestic workers unions building

Hong Kong: May Day Rally for Adoption of ILO Convention on Domestic Workers

One month later, member states of International Labour Organization (ILO) will vote at the 100th session of International Labour Conference on the adoption of an ILO convention on domestic workers. This will be the first time that domestic workers are declared internationally as workers. We should enjoy labour rights and should be treated equally with other workers.
Bangladesh:10th year anniversary of the National Women Domestic Workers Union (NDWWU)

This year is the 10th anniversary of the establishing of the rights and dignity of the domestic workers. On March 8, 2011 the 3rd national conference of NDWWU was held in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
