USA -

On Saturday January 21, more than 100 domestic workers from all over the US marched, and IDWF took action along with millions of women all over the world to stand up to fear and hate, and create a future that cares for us all.

We marched for a fair and just democracy and an economy that works for everyone. We know this new Trump administration is a threat to care — to those we care for and to the care work we do.

We will not let Trump and other leaders like him roll back the gains we’ve won for our workforce and our families. We will not rest until our lives, our work, and our families are recognized and respected.

The Women’s March was just the beginning of our powerful opposition movement:

we shared our stories and the power of our organizing with the world!
